Registered on 4 June 2009, elenen.org is my creative outlet. I'm the kind of girl who likes to overanlyze fictional characters, obsess over neverending shounen series, play games in a foreign language, and rock out to a guy who dresses up as a woman half the time. This is where it all comes together in some semblance of organization.
Put simply, this is my collective, a selection of domains, fansites, and fanlistings dedicated to the things I love most. This isn't the first home for it, though; I used to use orenjipan.com for that purpose. I always felt that name was too personal for me to be used for fandom-related things (it's the name of my novel), and so I decided to move such things to a new domain. Of course, becuase I make very little sense, I then named it after the world of magic in my novel, Elenen. I feel much freer with this domain, though, and hope to see it grow as I do. As for why it's called the rewrite/history network... I am endlessly rewriting Orenji Pan and the history of Elenen keeps getting more complex, so I put it together. Plus I really like the song "Rewrite" by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION.
So who am I? You can call me Larissa, and I've been in the site-making business for years, though I've only been at this collective thing since July 2007. For a long time I was one of those collective owners with a long list of projects and nothing to show for it, but I've finally rediscovered just how much fun it is to make fansites. If you'd like to know more about me personally, check out op.com, my personal site.
As far as technical information goes, the domain is hosted by Surpass Hosting for $60/year, which means I'm a cheapskate (but hey, I don't use a fraction of the space I have to show for it). I buy all domains through Namecheap, which I highly recommend.

Features: Gackt Camui
Debuted: January 2010
Version: #2: the end of silence
When I saw this photoshoot (from the December 2009 issue of Arena 37°C, scanned by ryuik), I knew I wanted to make a layout out of it. My initial vision of the layout didn't include all the flowers, which are from a brush by Aethereality, but the layout improved a great deal when I started putting them in. (And then I went a little out of control slapping them everywhere... oh well.) The title text for the pages comes from Gackt's latest single, 雪月花 -The end of silence/斬~ZAN~, translated by amaiakuyume here and here. (Both of these songs can be heard on the elenen radio.)
